The following is our pet policy:

• Guide animals accompanying people with disabilities are always readily accepted by the hotel
• To stay in the room with the owner, the animal must weigh less than 5 kg
• Pets must not be left unattended in public areas of the hotel
• A fee of 50.00 € is charged for each animal for each night of stay at the hotel (payment must be made before arrival in the room)
• The animal must be fully trained and curbed by the owner
• The animal must be healthy, all vaccinations and health controls must be properly performed.
• The pet owner must provide an international animal passport (EU Passports for pets) for registration at the hotel
• The animal must be kept on a leash
• The animal should not be left unattended. If the pet owner needs animal care services or any animal care products, please contact the reception in advance
• Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, cafes, SPA areas, beaches and pools. Exceptions are guide animals.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning their pets on site and in the surrounding area.
• Any disturbance of rest, such as barking, must be prevented so as not to disturb the rest of the other guests.
• Owners of animals bear all responsibility for damage to property or injuries caused by their animals.
• Owners of animals agree to compensate for any harm caused by their animals.
• The hotel reserves the right to invoice the owners of animals for any harm caused by animals in the amount of costs incurred
